This looks close to me. Alex Hales' right foot is on the line, and he's pushing his heel back. The big question is whether he managed to get any fraction of it inside the line before Seifert clipped the bails off. The third umpire is taking a lot of time and looking at this from plenty of angles. Not Out is the decision on the big screen, and Hales survives!
