More in the mortar

What are the odds of being give out three times incorrectly?

It is very clear that this umpire had an objective and he must be withdrawn immediately

What if Pooran had no more reviews?

What a travesty.

It is in Guyanese DNA to cheat

I spoke to a guyanese in the days of Forbes Burnham and he said he voted three times and that was standard practice

I did not watch the game.

Although from all reports, Pooran was wrong to behave bad.
We must remember that these Umpires can ruin cricketers ' careers with bad decisions.

What ever happened to umpire Adrian Holdstock after his horrific decisions versus West Indies
which undoubtedly cost us the first test versus Australia?
He as rewarded with being on-field umpire in the next tests.

In this BCCI ran ICC, umpires can do anything unless it's against Hindia.

I do not agree with players showing dissent, but hey are human.
One day, i foresee a player striking an umpire with a bat.
I do not agree with it, but it's coming.

My first five innings playing first division for Police in Bermuda, i received bad out decisions.
I just walked off and swallowed my pride.
2 of the 5 decisions were purposeful cheating, as the game had no umpires due to sickness.
So both teams agreed to use their managers as umpires.
The police manager was the number 1 ICC rated umpire in Bermuda at the time, but was not schedule to umpire that round.
My 2 decisions were caught where the fielder took the catch over the rope and threw it in the air, without taking the rebound.
The second inning out was caught behind where the ball passed over 1 foot away from the bat.
I overs heard the umpire telling the team to just appeal for anything and he will do the rest. We still won the game.
After the game, I shook the manager/umpire hand and quietly said, that he was wrong. He apologized quietly.
I just walked off all 5 times.
BTW, the other 3 decisions (2 other games) were caught behind off the thigh pad, and 2 LBW's that were inside edges.

I am push over?
You are an idiot for making such statement based on what I typed.
My cricket was never up to the standard to compete in Bim first division.
yet alone compete for a national spot.

The closest I came to national representation is in volleyball in Bermuda.
Unfortunately I fractures a finger (playing field hockey) and that ended my volleyball play.
At that time i was in trials for Bermuda volleyball team.
Although considered one of the best field hockey players in Bermuda,
I was disqualified from national representation, due to being a non-citizen.

In Bim I played curry goat cricket.
I immigrated to Bermuda at 26 years old and did not play competitive cricket until 36 years old.
I was playing competitive field hockey, volleyball, and basket ball at that time.
Bermuda has the four seasons and cricket is limited to April to September.
Not everyone is cut out for national cricket duties.
No cricket possible in Winter, spring and fall.
The cricket fields share with soccer which take the other months.

So tek dat as we Bajans say.
And mind ya dam bizness.
Ya malicious brute.

lol lol lol
