Dude just back your decision and move on to the next one. We got Zimbabwe up which would be enough of a test for the team, but it will be a good warmup for sterner tests to come.

@voiceofreason
so Hope needs a rest eh?....just bear in mind if he doesn't play against Italy it would be 8 days without game time by the time he plays against Zim ....if yuh was to ask our batsmen if dey want to be rested against Italy I'm quite sure ALL would say NO ...esp if they've been in a good form.....Charles could still play his part....like carrying the drinks an towels!!π
@CCW
I think itβs a bit of a Catch 22 situation as you want to avoid injuries and give other players a chance but on the other hand you donβt want to throw cold water on a hot engine it certainly would be interesting to see what the management team does against Italy!!!
Also like you said no one is going to want to give up the opportunity to pad their stats against what should be a lesser team π
instead of changing the team, I would experiment within the team. For example, give Rovman an opening spot with Hope to see if we can get better results from the power play and drop King down the order. we have the issue of Forde v Shepherd. Perhaps play both and give Holder a game off? I would not touch the spinners nor would I give Shamar a day off as he is getting lots of rest in between matches and he needs to get back fully into his groove. Sampson, Seales and Charles are all rightfully on the bench and should remain there.
@PalsofMine
I like your take on this. A little fiddling is good at this stage ..use up the talent pool ο»Ώπο»Ώ
@PalsofMine
not the worse suggestions here but we have to realise in resting players for the super's by time we play Zim it would have been 8 days without a game ...is that good esp for our misfiring pace bowling attack?......if we had a great one (like a Bumrah) i could understand not risking him but our bowlers need all the work they can get to sharpen up fuh tougher challenges ahead!
