Psychological warfare, that is how it normally begins, and that could go on for months or years as the try to wear you down, and also gauge the reactions of the world. Yes, they often build a negative profile of you or your country or leader. Accusations range from drug trafficking in this case, or being a communist in their backyard. They destabilize the country they wish to invade, using the media as a handsome tool. Sometimes you may be a resident of a particular space and view photos in the international and regional that they claim are happening at your doorstep, and you ask yourself, how could that be and I have not seen or heard any of that? So, they build their narratives, and then their airplane and military vessels begin to violate your coastlines and airspace. Yes, that is how it happens. Sometimes, the mere psychological warfare cause ruction in your own land from their abiding opposing, forces who feel bold, and try to create the overthrow from within, knowing that their support is circling the coastlines and watching from above.

So, a physical entry is not what starts the war. The physical part may or may not occur, but war is already declared, and the intent is to create regime change in Venezuela. So when a neighbouring country jumps up and pledge support for foreign country that deploys military vessels, nuclear submarines, and thousands of troops along the coastlines of their neighbour, then, that country has indeed declared war on its neighbour too.

Go and read about the covert actions of the USA over the ages, and how they created false narratives to destabilize, invade and overthrow their enemies. It is well documented if you wish to learn, and a lot of it occurred right here in the Caribbean. Some people lived the experience to the full extent. Go and read, research if you have not been following closely over the years, and you would know that where they are now doing their military buildup is not the main drug transhipment point to the USA. So, the answer to why they are there is beyond mere knowledge. Go and read about the Munroe Doctrine. By the way, that vessel of poor people smashed "violently" into pieces, is no joke, it is pure and unadulterated murder. I never used to believe the story about the drinking and being drunk, I always took it as malicious gossip.

Trump should work out a plan to send the Venezuelan refugees to Trinidad. Forget Rwanda- that’s too far. Kamla will say yes before Trump even ask.

I can't believe you didn't believe are you not Trini, anyway she should direct those words to the criminals in Trinidad who can easily break into innocent homes ,shoot and beat and sometimes kill people and take all their money and other expensive stuff. Those are the ones to kill with venom.I suppose you won't like that, poor criminals.

I have never supported Trump on anything... I support him if he is going to get rid of the drug shipments in the Caribbean.

We have people calling T&T , led by a drunk, a thief, and a crook on another island, yet his people are leaving his Venezuela in the thousands each day.

Then the best ones, the Americans, are coming to take over the Caribbean islands.

It tells that they are illiterate and did not know the Southern Command has been patrolling such waters for a century.

Has it occurred to any of you TRINI and other idiots from other parts of the region that what is happening with Maduro now could happen with your OWN govts? What's to stop them from so doing if they feel that YOUR govt is enacting policies which they do not see as in their OWN interest? You think because you had elections-your govts are SAFE? Go ask Chile, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica etc about that. You are okay with it BECAUSE it's Maduro but you are NOT INTELLIGENT enough to recognise the DANGER behind it because you have NO PRINCIPLES. Wrong is WRONG. We have ZERO evidence that this was a drug boat and of course we will NEVER be able to tell now because any potential evidence was blown up. Is this how we deal with alleged criminals now? Judge, jury and executioner without due process? What happens when it's just a bunch of fishermen and we can prove that? What it's just mea culpa? This is DANGEROUS territory and I am ASHAMED OF THE STUPIDITY on display.

Never. Not when a bunch of CARIBBEAN people who KNOW the history of the US sit down and SWALLOW like DUNCES a US story about what happened when EVERY US govt claim should be taken with MULTIPLE GRAINS OF SALT. You are OFFENDED because the STONE thrown in the hog pen hit YOU and you I DON'T CARE that you are OFFENDED. I AM OFFENDED at how EASILY principle is thrown out of the window to support a govt acting WITHOUT DUE PROCESS as judge, jury & executioner. Cry me a river.

Too many Caribbean people never recognize the real thugs even though they have been around for centuries
